Ingredients

  • 🍗 Chicken – 1 lb, cut into pieces
  • 🧅 Onions – 2 medium, chopped
  • 🍅 Tomatoes – 2 medium, pureed
  • 🧄 Ginger-Garlic Paste – 2 tbsp
  • 🌶️ Green Chilies – 2, slit
  • 🌿 Coriander Leaves – for garnish
  • 🥄 Turmeric Powder – 1 tsp
  • 🥄 Red Chili Powder – 1 tsp
  • 🥄 Garam Masala – 1 tsp
  • 🥄 Cooking Oil – 2 tbsp

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat oil in a pot and sauté onions until golden brown.
  • 🧄 Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies; cook for a minute.
  • 🍅 Stir in tomato puree and spices (turmeric, red chili, garam masala). Cook until oil separates.
  • 🍗 Add chicken and cook, stirring occasionally, until browned.
  • 💧 Add water as needed, cover, and simmer until chicken is cooked through.
  • 🌿 Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or naan.
