Ingredients
- 🍗 Chicken – 1 lb, cut into pieces
- 🧅 Onions – 2 medium, chopped
- 🍅 Tomatoes – 2 medium, pureed
- 🧄 Ginger-Garlic Paste – 2 tbsp
- 🌶️ Green Chilies – 2, slit
- 🌿 Coriander Leaves – for garnish
- 🥄 Turmeric Powder – 1 tsp
- 🥄 Red Chili Powder – 1 tsp
- 🥄 Garam Masala – 1 tsp
- 🥄 Cooking Oil – 2 tbsp
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat oil in a pot and sauté onions until golden brown.
- 🧄 Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies; cook for a minute.
- 🍅 Stir in tomato puree and spices (turmeric, red chili, garam masala). Cook until oil separates.
- 🍗 Add chicken and cook, stirring occasionally, until browned.
- 💧 Add water as needed, cover, and simmer until chicken is cooked through.
- 🌿 Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or naan.
