Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat oil and sauté onions until golden brown.
  • 🧄 Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies; sauté until fragrant.
  • 🍅 Add tomatoes and cook until softened.
  • 🌶️ Add spices and your choice of Chicken/Paneer/Vegetables, cook until done.
  • 🌿 Garnish with coriander and serve hot with rice or naan. ✨
