- 🧅 Onions – finely chopped
- 🍅 Tomatoes – diced
- 🧄 Ginger-garlic paste – 2 tbsp
- 🌶️ Green chilies – slit
- 🌿 Coriander leaves – for garnish
- 🍗 Chicken/Paneer/Vegetables – main ingredient
- 🍚 Rice/Naan – for serving
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat oil and sauté onions until golden brown.
- 🧄 Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies; sauté until fragrant.
- 🍅 Add tomatoes and cook until softened.
- 🌶️ Add spices and your choice of Chicken/Paneer/Vegetables, cook until done.
- 🌿 Garnish with coriander and serve hot with rice or naan. ✨
