Ingredients
- 🍫 Dark Chocolate – melted
- 🥛 Heavy Cream – whipped
- 🥚 Eggs – separated
- sugar 🍚 – granulated
- 🍫 Cocoa Powder – for dusting
Instructions
- 🥚 Whip egg yolks and sugar until pale and thick. Gently fold in melted chocolate.
- 🥛 In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Fold into the chocolate mixture.
- 🥚 In another clean bowl, whip egg whites until stiff peaks form. Gently fold into the chocolate mixture.
- 🥶 Pour the mixture into a mold or individual serving dishes. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
