Instructions
- 🔥 Heat milk and cream in a saucepan.
- 🥚 Whisk egg yolks and sugar in a bowl.
- 🍫 Pour warm milk mixture over egg mixture, then add chocolate.
- 🥣 Cook over low heat until thickened.
- ❄️ Churn in an ice cream maker, then freeze until solid.
