Ingredients
- 🥔 Potatoes – boiled and cubed
- 🧅 Onions – finely chopped
- 🫑 Green bell pepper – chopped
- 🍅 Tomatoes – pureed
- 🌶️ Green chilies – slit
- 🌿 Fresh coriander – chopped
- 🧄 Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tbsp
- 🥄 Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
- 🥄 Cumin powder – 1 tsp
- 🥄 Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat oil and add onions, green chilies, and ginger-garlic paste; sauté until golden.
- 🍅 Add tomato puree and cook until the oil separates.
- 🥔 Add potatoes, bell pepper, turmeric, cumin, and coriander powder; mix well.
- 💧 Add a little water and simmer for 15-20 minutes until the potatoes are tender and the gravy thickens.
- 🌿 Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot with rice or roti.
