Ingredients
- 🌾 Roti (whole wheat flatbread)
- 💛 Dal (lentils)
- 🧅 Onion – chopped
- 🍅 Tomato – chopped
- 🧄 Ginger-garlic paste
- 🌶️ Green chilies – slit
- 🌿 Coriander leaves – chopped
Instructions
- 🥣 Wash and soak dal for 30 minutes.
- 🧅 Sauté onions, ginger-garlic paste, and chilies.
- 🍅 Add tomatoes and spices; cook until softened.
- 🥘 Add dal and water; pressure cook until soft.
- 🌿 Garnish with coriander and serve hot with roti.
