Ingredients

  • 🌾 Roti (whole wheat flatbread)
  • 💛 Dal (lentils)
  • 🧅 Onion – chopped
  • 🍅 Tomato – chopped
  • 🧄 Ginger-garlic paste
  • 🌶️ Green chilies – slit
  • 🌿 Coriander leaves – chopped

Instructions

  • 🥣 Wash and soak dal for 30 minutes.
  • 🧅 Sauté onions, ginger-garlic paste, and chilies.
  • 🍅 Add tomatoes and spices; cook until softened.
  • 🥘 Add dal and water; pressure cook until soft.
  • 🌿 Garnish with coriander and serve hot with roti.
