Ingredients
- 💛 Chana Dal – 1 cup
- 🧅 Onions – finely chopped
- 🌶️ Green chilies – chopped
- 🫓 Maida – for pakwaan
- 🌿 Coriander – for garnish
Instructions
- 🥣 Soak chana dal for 2 hours, then pressure cook until soft.
- 🔥 Temper with mustard seeds, cumin, onions, and green chilies.
- 🥘 Simmer dal until it thickens to desired consistency.
- 🫓 Deep fry small discs of maida to make pakwaan.
- ✨ Serve dal over pakwaan, garnished with coriander.
