Ingredients

Instructions

  • 🥣 Soak chana dal for 2 hours, then pressure cook until soft.
  • 🔥 Temper with mustard seeds, cumin, onions, and green chilies.
  • 🥘 Simmer dal until it thickens to desired consistency.
  • 🫓 Deep fry small discs of maida to make pakwaan.
  • ✨ Serve dal over pakwaan, garnished with coriander.
