Ingredients

  • 🌶️ Green chilies – 1-2, chopped
  • 🌿 Cilantro – for garnish
  • 🫘 Spices – cumin, turmeric, coriander

Instructions

  • 🥣 Rinse lentils thoroughly and soak for 30 minutes.
  • 🔥 Sauté onions, garlic, and chilies in a pot until golden.
  • 🍅 Add tomatoes and spices, cook until softened.
  • 🥘 Add lentils and water, bring to a boil, then simmer until cooked.
  • 🌿 Garnish with cilantro and serve hot with rice or roti.
