Ingredients
- 🌾 All-purpose flour – for the outer layer
- 🫘 Moong dal – soaked and ground
- 🫚 Ginger – a small piece, grated
- 🌶️ Green chilies – finely chopped
- 🌿 Spices – coriander, cumin, chili powder
- 💧 Oil – for deep frying
- 🧂 Salt – to taste
Instructions
- 🥣 Prepare the dough and filling separately.
- 🔥 Heat oil in a deep pan for frying.
- 🥟 Stuff the dough with the dal mixture and shape into kachoris.
- ♨️ Gently slide kachoris into hot oil and fry until golden brown and crispy.
- 🍽️ Serve hot with chutney or yogurt.
