Ingredients
- 🥩 Gosht (Mutton/Lamb) – cubed
- 🥣 Dal (Lentils) – mixed or single type
- 🧅 Onions – chopped
- 🍅 Tomatoes – diced
- 🧄 Ginger-Garlic Paste – fresh
- 🌶️ Green Chilies – slit
- 🌿 Coriander Leaves – for garnish
- 🧂 Spices – turmeric, chili powder, cumin, coriander powder
Instructions
- 🥣 Soak dal for 30 minutes. Pressure cook gosht with ginger-garlic paste, salt, and turmeric until tender.
- 🧅 Sauté onions until golden. Add tomatoes, ginger-garlic paste, and green chilies. Cook until the oil separates.
- 🌶️ Add spices and cook for a few minutes. Add cooked gosht and sauté for 5 minutes.
- 🥘 Add soaked dal and enough water. Pressure cook until dal is soft and well blended.
- 🌿 Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or naan.
