Ingredients
- 🍈 Honeydew melon – cubed
- 🍋 Lemon juice – fresh
- 💧 Water – filtered
- 🍬 Sugar – granulated
- 🌿 Mint – for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- 🍈 Blend honeydew, lemon juice, water, and sugar until smooth. 🧊
- 🥄 Strain mixture through a fine-mesh sieve to remove pulp. ✨
- 🥶 Pour into a freezer-safe container and freeze for 2-3 hours, stirring every 30 minutes to break up ice crystals. 🥣
- 🍧 Once fully frozen, scoop and serve immediately. 🌿
- 🍽️ Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired. 🎉
