Ingredients

  • 🍋 Lemon juice – fresh
  • 💧 Water – filtered
  • 🍬 Sugar – granulated
  • 🌿 Mint – for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  • 🍈 Blend honeydew, lemon juice, water, and sugar until smooth. 🧊
  • 🥄 Strain mixture through a fine-mesh sieve to remove pulp. ✨
  • 🥶 Pour into a freezer-safe container and freeze for 2-3 hours, stirring every 30 minutes to break up ice crystals. 🥣
  • 🍧 Once fully frozen, scoop and serve immediately. 🌿
  • 🍽️ Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired. 🎉
