Ingredients
- 🥔 Samosas – 4 pieces
- 🥣 Yogurt (Dahi) – 1 cup, chilled
- 🌿 Mint-Coriander Chutney – 2 tbsp
- Tamarind Chutney – 2 tbsp
- 🌶️ Red Chili Powder – a pinch
- 🧅 Onion – 2 tbsp, finely chopped
- 🌱 Coriander Leaves – for garnish
- Sev – for garnish
Instructions
- 🔪 Gently crush the samosas into bite-sized pieces.
- 🥣 Arrange the crushed samosas on a plate and pour chilled yogurt over them.
- 🌿 Drizzle mint-coriander chutney and tamarind chutney over the yogurt.
- 🧅 Sprinkle chopped onions, red chili powder, and sev on top.
- 🌱 Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve immediately.
