Ingredients

  • 🥔 Samosas – 4 pieces
  • 🥣 Yogurt (Dahi) – 1 cup, chilled
  • 🌿 Mint-Coriander Chutney – 2 tbsp
  • Tamarind Chutney – 2 tbsp
  • 🌶️ Red Chili Powder – a pinch
  • 🧅 Onion – 2 tbsp, finely chopped
  • 🌱 Coriander Leaves – for garnish
  • Sev – for garnish

Instructions

  • 🔪 Gently crush the samosas into bite-sized pieces.
  • 🥣 Arrange the crushed samosas on a plate and pour chilled yogurt over them.
  • 🌿 Drizzle mint-coriander chutney and tamarind chutney over the yogurt.
  • 🧅 Sprinkle chopped onions, red chili powder, and sev on top.
  • 🌱 Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve immediately.
