Ingredients
- 🥠 Gupchup (Puri) – small, round, crispy
- 🥣 Dahi (Yogurt) – thick and chilled
- 🥔 Potatoes – boiled and mashed
- 🌶️ Green chilies – finely chopped
- 🌿 Cilantro – fresh, chopped
- 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
- 🫘 Chickpeas – boiled (optional)
- 🥭 Tamarind chutney – for flavor
- 💚 Mint chutney – for flavor
- 🫙 Spices – cumin, chili powder, chaat masala
Instructions
- 🥣 Whisk dahi (yogurt) until smooth, add spices.
- 🥔 Mix mashed potatoes with onions, cilantro, and chilies.
- 🥠 Make a small hole in each gupchup (puri).
- Filling each puri with potato mixture and chickpeas if using.
- Pour spiced dahi and chutneys into each puri and serve immediately. ✨
