Ingredients

  • 🥠 Gupchup (Puri) – small, round, crispy
  • 🥣 Dahi (Yogurt) – thick and chilled
  • 🥔 Potatoes – boiled and mashed
  • 🌶️ Green chilies – finely chopped
  • 🌿 Cilantro – fresh, chopped
  • 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
  • 🫘 Chickpeas – boiled (optional)
  • 🥭 Tamarind chutney – for flavor
  • 💚 Mint chutney – for flavor
  • 🫙 Spices – cumin, chili powder, chaat masala

Instructions

  • 🥣 Whisk dahi (yogurt) until smooth, add spices.
  • 🥔 Mix mashed potatoes with onions, cilantro, and chilies.
  • 🥠 Make a small hole in each gupchup (puri).
  • Filling each puri with potato mixture and chickpeas if using.
  • Pour spiced dahi and chutneys into each puri and serve immediately. ✨
