Ingredients
- 💧 Water – 1 cup
- 🥛 Milk – 1 cup
- ☕ Tea leaves – 2 tsp
- 🍬 Sugar – to taste
- 🌿 Ginger – small piece, crushed
- 🌱 Cardamom – 2 pods, crushed (optional)
Instructions
- 🔥 Boil water with ginger and cardamom (if using).
- ☕ Add tea leaves and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- 🥛 Pour in milk and sugar. Bring to a gentle boil.
- 🥄 Simmer for another 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 🍵 Strain and serve hot in small cups.
