Ingredients

  • 💧 Water – 1 cup
  • 🥛 Milk – 1 cup
  • ☕ Tea leaves – 2 tsp
  • 🍬 Sugar – to taste
  • 🌿 Ginger – small piece, crushed
  • 🌱 Cardamom – 2 pods, crushed (optional)

Instructions

  • 🔥 Boil water with ginger and cardamom (if using).
  • ☕ Add tea leaves and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  • 🥛 Pour in milk and sugar. Bring to a gentle boil.
  • 🥄 Simmer for another 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • 🍵 Strain and serve hot in small cups.
