Ingredients
- 🍚 Basmati Rice – soaked
- 🌶️ Green Chilies – slit
- 🧅 Onions – sliced
- 🍗 Chicken/Vegetables – your choice
- 🌿 Mint & Cilantro – chopped
- 🍋 Lemon – juice
- 🧄 Ginger-Garlic paste – 2 tbsp
Instructions
- 🔥 Fry onions until golden brown. Keep aside.
- 🌶️ Sauté green chilies and ginger-garlic paste.
- 🥘 Add chicken/vegetables and cook with spices.
- 🍚 Layer rice, fried onions, and mint-cilantro.
- ♨️ Cook on low heat until rice is done. Serve hot.
