Ingredients

  • 🍚 Basmati Rice – soaked
  • 🌶️ Green Chilies – slit
  • 🧅 Onions – sliced
  • 🍗 Chicken/Vegetables – your choice
  • 🌿 Mint & Cilantro – chopped
  • 🍋 Lemon – juice
  • 🧄 Ginger-Garlic paste – 2 tbsp

Instructions

  • 🔥 Fry onions until golden brown. Keep aside.
  • 🌶️ Sauté green chilies and ginger-garlic paste.
  • 🥘 Add chicken/vegetables and cook with spices.
  • 🍚 Layer rice, fried onions, and mint-cilantro.
  • ♨️ Cook on low heat until rice is done. Serve hot.
