Ingredients
- 🍰 Cake flour – 2 cups
- 🍹 Negroni (gin, vermouth, Campari) – 1/2 cup
- 🍊 Orange zest – 1 tbsp
- 🥚 Eggs – 3 large
- 🧈 Butter – 1 cup, softened
- 🍬 Sugar – 1 1/2 cups
Instructions
- 🥣 Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a cake pan.
- 🍹 Cream together butter and sugar, then beat in eggs one at a time.
- 🍊 Gradually add flour and Negroni, mixing until just combined. Stir in orange zest.
- 🔥 Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
