Ingredients
- 🧅 Onions – chopped
- 🧄 Garlic – minced
- 🫚 Ginger – grated
- 🌶️ Chili – chopped (optional)
- 🌿 Curry Leaves – few
- 🍅 Tomatoes – pureed
- 🥥 Coconut Milk – 1 can
- 🥄 Curry Powder – to taste
- 🥄 Turmeric – 1 tsp
- 🥄 Garam Masala – 1/2 tsp
- 🧂 Salt – to taste
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat oil, add onions, garlic, ginger, chili and curry leaves. Sauté until golden.
- 🍅 Add tomato puree and cook until the oil separates.
- 🥄 Add curry powder, turmeric, garam masala, and salt. Sauté for a minute.
- 🥥 Pour in coconut milk and simmer until the sauce thickens.
- ✨ Adjust seasoning and serve warm.
