Ingredients

  • 🧅 Onions – chopped
  • 🧄 Garlic – minced
  • 🫚 Ginger – grated
  • 🌶️ Chili – chopped (optional)
  • 🌿 Curry Leaves – few
  • 🍅 Tomatoes – pureed
  • 🥥 Coconut Milk – 1 can
  • 🥄 Curry Powder – to taste
  • 🥄 Turmeric – 1 tsp
  • 🥄 Garam Masala – 1/2 tsp
  • 🧂 Salt – to taste

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat oil, add onions, garlic, ginger, chili and curry leaves. Sauté until golden.
  • 🍅 Add tomato puree and cook until the oil separates.
  • 🥄 Add curry powder, turmeric, garam masala, and salt. Sauté for a minute.
  • 🥥 Pour in coconut milk and simmer until the sauce thickens.
  • ✨ Adjust seasoning and serve warm.
