Ingredients
- 🧅 Onions – finely chopped
- 🧄 Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tbsp
- 🌶️ Green chilies – chopped (optional)
- 🥩 Minced meat (Keema) – 500g
- 🍅 Tomatoes – pureed
- 🥔 Potatoes (Salli) - thinly fried
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat oil, add onions and sauté until golden brown.
- 🧄 Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies, sauté for a minute.
- 🥩 Add keema and cook until browned.
- 🍅 Add tomato puree and spices. Cook until oil separates.
- 🥔 Garnish with salli (fried potatoes) and serve hot.
