Ingredients

  • 🧅 Onions – finely chopped
  • 🧄 Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tbsp
  • 🌶️ Green chilies – chopped (optional)
  • 🥩 Minced meat (Keema) – 500g
  • 🍅 Tomatoes – pureed
  • 🥔 Potatoes (Salli) - thinly fried

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat oil, add onions and sauté until golden brown.
  • 🧄 Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies, sauté for a minute.
  • 🥩 Add keema and cook until browned.
  • 🍅 Add tomato puree and spices. Cook until oil separates.
  • 🥔 Garnish with salli (fried potatoes) and serve hot.
