Ingredients
- 🧅 Onions – chopped
- 🧄 Garlic – minced
- 🌶️ Chili peppers – chopped (optional)
- 🥥 Coconut milk – 1 can
- 🌿 Curry powder – 2 tbsp
- 🍗 Chicken or 🫘 Chickpeas – 1 lb
Instructions
- 🔥 Sauté onions and garlic in a pot until softened.
- 🌶️ Add chili peppers and curry powder, cook for a minute.
- 🍗 Add chicken or chickpeas and coconut milk, simmer.
- 🥘 Cook until the chicken is cooked through or chickpeas are tender.
- 🌿 Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve with rice or naan.
