Ingredients

  • 🧅 Onions – chopped
  • 🧄 Garlic – minced
  • 🌶️ Chili peppers – chopped (optional)
  • 🥥 Coconut milk – 1 can
  • 🌿 Curry powder – 2 tbsp
  • 🍗 Chicken or 🫘 Chickpeas – 1 lb

Instructions

  • 🔥 Sauté onions and garlic in a pot until softened.
  • 🌶️ Add chili peppers and curry powder, cook for a minute.
  • 🍗 Add chicken or chickpeas and coconut milk, simmer.
  • 🥘 Cook until the chicken is cooked through or chickpeas are tender.
  • 🌿 Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve with rice or naan.
