Ingredients
- 🍚 Cooked Rice – 2 cups
- 🥛 Yogurt (Curd) – 1 cup
- 🥛 Milk – 1/4 cup
- 🌿 Coriander Leaves – for garnish
- 🌶️ Green Chili – 1, finely chopped
- 🫙 Oil – 1 tsp
- 🌱 Mustard Seeds – 1/2 tsp
- 🍃 Curry Leaves – 5-6
Instructions
- 🍚 Mash the cooked rice slightly.
- 🥛 Mix yogurt and milk with the rice until well combined.
- 🔥 Heat oil in a small pan, add mustard seeds and curry leaves. Let them splutter.
- 🌶️ Add green chilies to the tempering and pour over the rice mixture.
- 🌿 Garnish with coriander leaves and serve chilled.
