Ingredients

  • 🍚 Cooked Rice – 2 cups
  • 🥛 Yogurt (Curd) – 1 cup
  • 🥛 Milk – 1/4 cup
  • 🌿 Coriander Leaves – for garnish
  • 🌶️ Green Chili – 1, finely chopped
  • 🫙 Oil – 1 tsp
  • 🌱 Mustard Seeds – 1/2 tsp
  • 🍃 Curry Leaves – 5-6

Instructions

  • 🍚 Mash the cooked rice slightly.
  • 🥛 Mix yogurt and milk with the rice until well combined.
  • 🔥 Heat oil in a small pan, add mustard seeds and curry leaves. Let them splutter.
  • 🌶️ Add green chilies to the tempering and pour over the rice mixture.
  • 🌿 Garnish with coriander leaves and serve chilled.
