Ingredients

  • 🥬 Lettuce – chopped
  • 🥕 Carrots – shredded
  • 🥒 Cucumber – sliced
  • 🧅 Red onion – thinly sliced

  • 🥜 Nuts (almonds/cashews) – chopped
  • 🍶 Sesame oil – for dressing
  • 🍋 Lemon juice – for dressing

Instructions

  • 🥬 Wash and chop the lettuce, shred carrots, and slice cucumber and red onion.
  • 🥣 In a large bowl, combine all the chopped vegetables and nuts.
  • 🍶 In a separate small bowl, whisk together sesame oil and lemon juice to make the dressing.
