Ingredients

  • 🥟 Momo wrappers – 1 package
  • 🥬 Cabbage – shredded

  • 🫙 Soy sauce – 1 tbsp
  • 🫘 Oil – for frying

Instructions

  • 🥬 Prepare the momo filling by mixing cabbage, onion, carrot, garlic, green chilies, and soy sauce.
  • 🥟 Fill each momo wrapper with the vegetable mixture and seal tightly.
