Ingredients
- 🥟 Momo wrappers – 1 package
- 🥬 Cabbage – shredded
- 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
- 🥕 Carrot – grated
- 🧄 Garlic – minced
- 🌶️ Green chilies – chopped
- 🫙 Soy sauce – 1 tbsp
- 🫘 Oil – for frying
Instructions
- 🥬 Prepare the momo filling by mixing cabbage, onion, carrot, garlic, green chilies, and soy sauce.
- 🥟 Fill each momo wrapper with the vegetable mixture and seal tightly.
- ♨️ Steam momos for 10 minutes.
- 🔥 Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the steamed momos until golden brown and crunchy.
