Ingredients

  • 🥛 Heavy Cream – 2 cups
  • 🥚 Egg Yolks – 6 large
  • 🍬 Sugar – ½ cup + more for topping
  • 🌿 Vanilla Extract – 1 tsp
  • 🧂 Pinch of Salt

Instructions

  • 🔥 Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
  • 🥣 Whisk together egg yolks, sugar, vanilla, and salt.
  • 🥛 Gently heat cream in a saucepan. Do not boil. Temper into egg mixture.
  • 🍮 Pour into ramekins, place in a water bath, and bake for 30-40 minutes.
  • ❄️ Cool completely, then sprinkle sugar on top and brûlée with a torch until golden brown.
