Ingredients
- 🥛 Heavy Cream – 2 cups
- 🥚 Egg Yolks – 6 large
- 🍬 Sugar – ½ cup + more for topping
- 🌿 Vanilla Extract – 1 tsp
- 🧂 Pinch of Salt
Instructions
- 🔥 Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
- 🥣 Whisk together egg yolks, sugar, vanilla, and salt.
- 🥛 Gently heat cream in a saucepan. Do not boil. Temper into egg mixture.
- 🍮 Pour into ramekins, place in a water bath, and bake for 30-40 minutes.
- ❄️ Cool completely, then sprinkle sugar on top and brûlée with a torch until golden brown.
