Ingredients
- 🍗 Chicken wings – 1.5 lbs
- 🍚 Soy sauce – 1/4 cup
- 🍶 Mirin – 2 tbsp
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, grated
- 🧅 Ginger – 1 tsp, grated
- 🥔 Potato starch – 1/2 cup
- 🍋 Lemon wedges – for serving
Instructions
- 🥣 Marinate chicken wings in soy sauce, mirin, garlic, and ginger for at least 30 minutes.
- 🌡️ Heat oil to 350°F (175°C) for frying.
- 🥔 Coat marinated wings evenly with potato starch.
- ♨️ Fry wings in batches for 6-8 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- 🍋 Serve hot with lemon wedges.
