Ingredients

  • 🍗 Chicken wings – 1.5 lbs
  • 🍚 Soy sauce – 1/4 cup
  • 🍶 Mirin – 2 tbsp
  • 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, grated
  • 🧅 Ginger – 1 tsp, grated
  • 🥔 Potato starch – 1/2 cup
  • 🍋 Lemon wedges – for serving

Instructions

  • 🥣 Marinate chicken wings in soy sauce, mirin, garlic, and ginger for at least 30 minutes.
  • 🌡️ Heat oil to 350°F (175°C) for frying.
  • 🥔 Coat marinated wings evenly with potato starch.
  • ♨️ Fry wings in batches for 6-8 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  • 🍋 Serve hot with lemon wedges.
