Instructions
- 🥣 Whisk together eggs, milk, flour, melted butter, and sugar to form a smooth crepe batter.
- 🍳 Heat a lightly oiled pan or griddle over medium heat. Pour a thin layer of batter and cook until golden.
- 🥞 Flip the crepe and cook the other side briefly. Repeat with remaining batter.
- 🎂 Whip heavy cream with sugar until stiff peaks form. Spread cream between each crepe layer.
