Ingredients

  • 🥛 Heavy cream – 2 cups
  • 🥚 Egg yolks – 6 large
  • 🍬 Sugar – 1/2 cup
  • 🍦 Vanilla extract – 1 tsp
  • ✨ Granulated sugar – for topping

Instructions

  • 🔥 Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
  • 🥣 Whisk together cream, egg yolks, sugar, and vanilla.
  • Pour mixture into ramekins and place in a water bath.
  • ⏲️ Bake for 25-35 minutes, or until set around the edges but still slightly jiggly in the center.
  • ❄️ Cool completely, then sprinkle sugar on top and brulee with a torch until golden brown.
