Ingredients
- 🥛 Heavy cream – 2 cups
- 🥚 Egg yolks – 6 large
- 🍬 Sugar – 1/2 cup
- 🍦 Vanilla extract – 1 tsp
- ✨ Granulated sugar – for topping
Instructions
- 🔥 Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
- 🥣 Whisk together cream, egg yolks, sugar, and vanilla.
- Pour mixture into ramekins and place in a water bath.
- ⏲️ Bake for 25-35 minutes, or until set around the edges but still slightly jiggly in the center.
- ❄️ Cool completely, then sprinkle sugar on top and brulee with a torch until golden brown.
