Ingredients

  • 🥒 Cucumber – 1, diced
  • 🥣 Yogurt – 1 cup, plain
  • 🍋 Lemon Juice – 2 tbsp
  • 🌿 Fresh Herbs – chopped (dill, mint)
  • 🧄 Garlic – 1 clove, minced
  • 🧂 Salt & Pepper – to taste

Instructions

  • 🥣 In a bowl, combine chickpeas, cucumber, yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, and herbs.
  • 🧂 Season with salt and pepper to taste.
