Ingredients
- 🌱 Chickpeas – 1 can, drained and rinsed
- 🥒 Cucumber – 1, diced
- 🥣 Yogurt – 1 cup, plain
- 🍋 Lemon Juice – 2 tbsp
- 🌿 Fresh Herbs – chopped (dill, mint)
- 🧄 Garlic – 1 clove, minced
- 🧂 Salt & Pepper – to taste
Instructions
- 🥣 In a bowl, combine chickpeas, cucumber, yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, and herbs.
- 🧂 Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- 🧊 Chill in the refrigerator for at least 10 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
- 🥄 Stir well before serving.
