Ingredients

  • 🧈 Unsalted Butter – 4 tbsp, softened
  • 🟤 Light Brown Sugar – 1/3 cup
  • 🌾 All-Purpose Flour – 1/2 cup
  • 🧂 Salt – a small pinch

Instructions

  • 🥣 Mix the softened butter and brown sugar in a bowl until smooth and creamy.
  • 🌾 Add the flour and salt, folding gently until a soft dough forms.
  • 📜 Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll it out very thin.
  • ❄️ Freeze the rolled dough for at least 15 minutes until it is firm and easy to handle.
  • ⭕ Cut into small circles and place them on top of raw choux pastry before baking.
