Ingredients
- 🧈 Unsalted Butter – 4 tbsp, softened
- 🟤 Light Brown Sugar – 1/3 cup
- 🌾 All-Purpose Flour – 1/2 cup
- 🧂 Salt – a small pinch
Instructions
- 🥣 Mix the softened butter and brown sugar in a bowl until smooth and creamy.
- 🌾 Add the flour and salt, folding gently until a soft dough forms.
- 📜 Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll it out very thin.
- ❄️ Freeze the rolled dough for at least 15 minutes until it is firm and easy to handle.
- ⭕ Cut into small circles and place them on top of raw choux pastry before baking.
