Ingredients

Instructions
- 🔥 Preheat grill or cast iron skillet to high heat.
- 🧂 Season ribeye generously with salt, pepper, and garlic.
- 🍳 Sear ribeye for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare, adjusting time for desired doneness.
- 🧈 Add butter and rosemary to the pan during the last minute of cooking, basting the steak.
- ⏱️ Let rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving with onions.
