Ingredients
- 🌯 Large tortilla wrap
- 🧀 Cottage cheese – 1/2 cup
- 🥬 Spinach – a handful
- 🌶️ Bell peppers – sliced
- 🧅 Onion – thinly sliced
Instructions
- 🧀 Spread cottage cheese evenly over the tortilla.
- 🥬 Add spinach, bell peppers and onions.
- 🧂 Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- 🌯 Fold in the sides and roll up tightly.
