Ingredients

  • 🥬 Cabbage – shredded
  • 🍚 Rice flour – 1/2 cup
  • 🍶 Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
  • 🌶️ Sriracha mayo – to taste

Instructions

  • 🧀 Prepare cottage cheese katsu by coating in flour, egg, then panko.
  • 🔥 Fry the katsu until golden brown and crispy. Drain excess oil.
  • 🔪 Slice open bao buns and steam until soft and fluffy.
  • 🥬 Fill each bao with shredded cabbage and the katsu.
