Ingredients
- 🍥 Bao buns – 2
- 🧀 Cottage cheese – 1 cup
- 🍞 Panko breadcrumbs – 1 cup
- 🥚 Egg – 1
- 🥬 Cabbage – shredded
- 🍚 Rice flour – 1/2 cup
- 🍶 Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
- 🌶️ Sriracha mayo – to taste
Instructions
- 🧀 Prepare cottage cheese katsu by coating in flour, egg, then panko.
- 🔥 Fry the katsu until golden brown and crispy. Drain excess oil.
- 🔪 Slice open bao buns and steam until soft and fluffy.
- 🥬 Fill each bao with shredded cabbage and the katsu.
