Ingredients
- 🥩 Cote de Boeuf steak – thick cut
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, crushed
- 🌿 Fresh rosemary – 2 sprigs
- 🧈 Butter – 2 tbsp
- 🧂 Salt & pepper – to taste
Instructions
- 🔥 Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Season the steak generously with salt and pepper.
- 🍳 Heat oil in an oven-safe skillet over high heat. Sear the steak on all sides until browned.
- 🌿 Add butter, garlic, and rosemary to the skillet. Baste the steak with the melted butter.
- ♨️ Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and cook to desired doneness (approx. 10-15 mins for medium-rare).
- ✨ Let the steak rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
