Ingredients
- 200g Paneer 🧀 (Indian cheese), cubed
- 1 Red Bell Pepper 🫑, sliced
- 1 Green Bell Pepper 🫑, sliced
- 1 Onion 🧅, sliced
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce 🍶
- 1 tbsp Honey 🍯
- 1 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste 🧄
- 1/2 tsp Red Chili Flakes 🌶️
- 1 tbsp Sesame Oil 🌻
- Salt 🧂 and Pepper ⚫ to taste
- Cooked Noodles 🍜 (for serving)
Instructions
- Marinate the paneer in soy sauce, honey, ginger-garlic paste, red chili flakes, salt, and pepper for 10 minutes. ⏳
- Heat sesame oil in a wok or large pan over medium-high heat. 🔥
- Add the marinated paneer and stir-fry until golden brown. ✨ Remove and set aside.
- Add sliced onions and bell peppers to the wok. Sauté until slightly softened. 🍳
- Return the paneer to the wok. Toss everything together. 🔄
- Serve hot over cooked noodles. 🍜 Garnish with sesame seeds (optional). Enjoy! 🎉
