Ingredients
- 🍜 Noodles – cooked and cooled
- 🍶 Sesame oil – for flavor
- 🥜 Sesame paste – for sauce
- 🥢 Soy sauce – for seasoning
- 🍚 Rice vinegar – for tang
- 🌶️ Chili oil – (optional) for spice
- 🌱 Scallions – chopped for garnish
Instructions
- 🍜 Cook noodles according to package instructions, then rinse with cold water and drain well.
- 🥣 In a bowl, whisk together sesame paste, sesame oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and chili oil (if using).
- 🍝 Toss the cooled noodles with the sauce until well coated.
- ❄️ Chill in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
