Ingredients

  • 🍜 Noodles – cooked and cooled
  • 🍶 Sesame oil – for flavor
  • 🥜 Sesame paste – for sauce
  • 🥢 Soy sauce – for seasoning
  • 🍚 Rice vinegar – for tang
  • 🌶️ Chili oil – (optional) for spice
  • 🌱 Scallions – chopped for garnish

Instructions

  • 🍜 Cook noodles according to package instructions, then rinse with cold water and drain well.
  • 🥣 In a bowl, whisk together sesame paste, sesame oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and chili oil (if using).
  • 🍝 Toss the cooled noodles with the sauce until well coated.
