Ingredients

  • ☕ Coffee powder – 2 tbsp
  • 🌰 Almonds – 1 cup, ground
  • 🥛 Milk powder – 1 cup
  • 🍬 Sugar – 1/2 cup, powdered
  • 🧈 Ghee – 1/4 cup
  • 🥥 Desiccated coconut – for coating (optional)

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat ghee in a pan and gently roast the ground almonds until fragrant.
  • ☕ Add coffee powder and milk powder, and mix well.
  • 🍬 Incorporate powdered sugar and stir continuously until the mixture starts to bind.
  • 🥣 Remove from heat and let it cool slightly. Then, shape into small, round laddoos.
  • ✨ Roll the laddoos in desiccated coconut (optional) and let them set before serving.
