Ingredients
- ☕ Coffee powder – 2 tbsp
- 🌰 Almonds – 1 cup, ground
- 🥛 Milk powder – 1 cup
- 🍬 Sugar – 1/2 cup, powdered
- 🧈 Ghee – 1/4 cup
- 🥥 Desiccated coconut – for coating (optional)
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat ghee in a pan and gently roast the ground almonds until fragrant.
- ☕ Add coffee powder and milk powder, and mix well.
- 🍬 Incorporate powdered sugar and stir continuously until the mixture starts to bind.
- 🥣 Remove from heat and let it cool slightly. Then, shape into small, round laddoos.
- ✨ Roll the laddoos in desiccated coconut (optional) and let them set before serving.
