Ingredients

Instructions

  • ๐Ÿงผ Rinse cod cheeks and pat dry.
  • ๐Ÿฅฃ In a bowl, mix cod cheeks with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  • ๐Ÿ”ฅ Heat butter in a pan over medium heat.
  • ๐Ÿง„ Add garlic and sautรฉ for 30 seconds.
