Ingredients

  • 🥥 Coconut milk – 1 can
  • 🌾 Pandan extract – 2 tsp
  • 🥚 Eggs – 4 large
  • 🍚 Flour – 1 cup
  • 🍬 Sugar – 1 cup
  • 🧈 Butter – 1/2 cup, melted
  • 🧂 Salt – 1/4 tsp
  • 🥄 Baking powder – 1 tsp

Instructions

  • 🥣 Combine wet ingredients: coconut milk, pandan extract, eggs, and melted butter.
  • 🌾 Sift together dry ingredients: flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  • 🔄 Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  • 🔥 Pour batter into a greased cake pan and bake at 350°F (175°C) until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
