Ingredients

  • 🍚 Tofu – firm or extra-firm, pressed
  • 🥥 Coconut milk – full-fat recommended
  • 🍋 Lime – juice and zest
  • 🌶️ Chili – finely chopped (optional)
  • 🌿 Cilantro – fresh, for garnish
  • 🧅 Onion – sliced
  • 🧄 Garlic – minced
  • 🫚 Ginger – minced

Instructions

  • 🍚 Press tofu to remove excess water and cube it.
  • 🔥 Sauté onion, garlic, and ginger in a pan until fragrant.
  • 🥥 Add coconut milk, lime juice, lime zest, and chili (if using). Simmer.
  • 🥘 Gently stir in the tofu and cook until heated through and sauce has thickened.
  • 🌿 Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot with rice or noodles.✨
