Ingredients
- 🍚 Tofu – firm or extra-firm, pressed
- 🥥 Coconut milk – full-fat recommended
- 🍋 Lime – juice and zest
- 🌶️ Chili – finely chopped (optional)
- 🌿 Cilantro – fresh, for garnish
- 🧅 Onion – sliced
- 🧄 Garlic – minced
- 🫚 Ginger – minced
Instructions
- 🍚 Press tofu to remove excess water and cube it.
- 🔥 Sauté onion, garlic, and ginger in a pan until fragrant.
- 🥥 Add coconut milk, lime juice, lime zest, and chili (if using). Simmer.
- 🥘 Gently stir in the tofu and cook until heated through and sauce has thickened.
- 🌿 Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot with rice or noodles.✨
