Ingredients
- 🍣 Salmon fillets – 2 pieces
- 🥥 Coconut milk – 1 can
- 🌶️ Red curry paste – 2 tbsp
- 🥦 Broccoli florets – 1 cup
- 🌿 Fresh cilantro – for garnish
Instructions
- 🔥 Sauté curry paste in a pan until fragrant.
- 🥥 Add coconut milk and bring to a simmer.
- 🥦 Add broccoli and cook until tender.
- 🍣 Gently place salmon into the curry and cook until done.
- 🌿 Garnish with cilantro and serve hot with rice.
