Ingredients
- 🥥 Coconut flakes – 1 cup
- 🥚 Eggs – 3 large
- 🧈 Butter – 1/2 cup softened
- 🍚 Flour – 1 1/2 cups
- 🥛 Milk – 1/2 cup
- sugar – 1 cup
Instructions
- 🌡️ Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a cake pan.
- 🥣 Cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in coconut.
- 🍚 In a separate bowl, whisk together flour and baking powder. Gradually add to the wet ingredients, alternating with milk, until just combined.
- 🎂 Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
