Ingredients
- 💧 Water – 1.5 cups
- 🪵 Whole Cloves – 3-4 pods
- 🍯 Honey – 1 tsp (optional for sweetness)
- 🍋 Lemon – 1 small slice
- 🫚 Ginger – small piece, crushed
Instructions
- 💧 Bring water to a rolling boil in a small saucepan over medium heat.
- 🪵 Add the whole cloves and crushed ginger to the boiling water.
- 🔥 Reduce heat and let it simmer for 5–7 minutes to extract the spice oils.
- ☕ Strain the tea into a cup and discard the solids.
- ✨ Stir in honey and a squeeze of lemon before serving warm.
