Ingredients
- 🍚 Rice – cooked
- 🥚 Eggs – beaten
- 🥦 Broccoli florets – steamed
- 🥕 Carrots – sliced
- 🧅 Onion – chopped
- 🧄 Garlic – minced
- 🍗 Chicken or Tofu – cubed
- 🍶 Soy sauce – for seasoning
- 🌿 Green onions – for garnish
Instructions
- 🔥 Stir-fry chicken (or tofu) with garlic and onions until cooked.
- 🥕 Add carrots and broccoli, continue to stir-fry for 3 minutes.
- 🥚 Scramble eggs in the pan and mix with other ingredients.
- 🍚 Add cooked rice and soy sauce, stir-fry until well combined.
- 🌿 Garnish with green onions and serve hot.
