Ingredients

  • 🍚 Rice – cooked
  • 🥚 Eggs – beaten
  • 🥦 Broccoli florets – steamed
  • 🥕 Carrots – sliced
  • 🧅 Onion – chopped
  • 🧄 Garlic – minced
  • 🍗 Chicken or Tofu – cubed
  • 🍶 Soy sauce – for seasoning
  • 🌿 Green onions – for garnish

Instructions

  • 🔥 Stir-fry chicken (or tofu) with garlic and onions until cooked.
  • 🥕 Add carrots and broccoli, continue to stir-fry for 3 minutes.
  • 🥚 Scramble eggs in the pan and mix with other ingredients.
  • 🍚 Add cooked rice and soy sauce, stir-fry until well combined.
  • 🌿 Garnish with green onions and serve hot.
