Ingredients
- 💧 Water – 2 cups
- 🍬 Sugar – 1/2 cup
- 🥄 Gelatin powder – 2 tbsp
- 🍋 Lemon juice – 1 tbsp (optional)
Instructions
- 💧 Bloom gelatin in cold water.
- 🔥 Heat water and sugar until dissolved.
- 🥄 Add bloomed gelatin and stir until clear.
- 🍋 Stir in lemon juice (optional).
- 🧊 Pour into molds and chill until set.
