Ingredients

  • 🍪 Graham crackers – 1.5 cups crushed
  • 🧈 Butter – 1/2 cup melted
  • 🧀 Cream cheese – 24 oz softened
  • 🍚 Sugar – 1 cup granulated
  • 🥚 Eggs – 3 large at room temperature
  • 🍦 Vanilla extract – 1 tsp
  • 🥛 Sour cream – 1/2 cup

Instructions

  • 🥣 Combine crushed crackers with melted butter and press firmly into the bottom of a pan.
  • 🌀 Beat softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth, then mix in eggs and vanilla gently.
  • 🥧 Pour the filling over the crust and bake at 325°F (160°C) for about 60 minutes.
  • ⏲️ Turn off the oven and let the cake cool inside with the door cracked to prevent cracks.
  • ❄️ Refrigerate for at least 4-6 hours to set completely before slicing and serving.
