Ingredients

  • 🦃 Turkey – 12-14 lb
  • 🥔 Potatoes – 3 lbs, peeled and cubed
  • 🥕 Carrots – 1 lb, peeled and chopped

  • 🌿 Fresh herbs (rosemary, thyme) – 2 sprigs each
  • 🥓 Bacon – 8 slices
  • 🥖 Bread – for stuffing
  • 🧈 Butter – 1/2 cup
  • 🍇 Cranberry sauce – 1 jar

Instructions

  • 🔥 Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Prepare the turkey by stuffing with bread stuffing.
  • 🥓 Cover the turkey with bacon and butter. Roast for 3 hours, basting regularly.
  • 🥔 Boil potatoes until tender, then mash with butter and milk.
  • 🥕 Sauté carrots and onions in butter until tender.
  • ✨ Serve turkey with mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, and cranberry sauce.
