Ingredients
- 🦃 Turkey – 12-14 lb
- 🥔 Potatoes – 3 lbs, peeled and cubed
- 🥕 Carrots – 1 lb, peeled and chopped
- 🧅 Onions – 2 large, chopped
- 🌿 Fresh herbs (rosemary, thyme) – 2 sprigs each
- 🥓 Bacon – 8 slices
- 🥖 Bread – for stuffing
- 🧈 Butter – 1/2 cup
- 🍇 Cranberry sauce – 1 jar
Instructions
- 🔥 Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Prepare the turkey by stuffing with bread stuffing.
- 🥓 Cover the turkey with bacon and butter. Roast for 3 hours, basting regularly.
- 🥔 Boil potatoes until tender, then mash with butter and milk.
- 🥕 Sauté carrots and onions in butter until tender.
- ✨ Serve turkey with mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, and cranberry sauce.
