Ingredients

- 🫘 Chickpea flour (besan)
- 🧂 Spices (turmeric, chili powder, garam masala)
Instructions
- 🥣 In a bowl, mix mashed potatoes, onions, green chilies, coriander, and spices.
- 🥄 Add chickpea flour gradually to form a dough.
- 🤏 Make small, bowl-shaped patties from the dough.
- 🔥 Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the patties until golden brown.
- 🍽️ Serve hot with chutney or sauce.
