Ingredients
- 🌯 Large flour tortillas – 2
- 🌶️ Chorizo – 4 oz, cooked and crumbled
- 🍚 Cooked rice – 1 cup
- 🖤 Black beans – 1/2 cup, cooked
- 🧀 Shredded cheese – 1/2 cup (cheddar or Monterey Jack)
- 🧅 Diced onion – 1/4 cup
- 🥑 Avocado – sliced (optional)
- 🍅 Salsa – to taste
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
- 🥘 Warm the tortillas in the skillet or microwave until pliable.
- 🍚 Layer rice, black beans, chorizo, cheese, and onion onto each tortilla.
- 🥑 Add avocado slices and salsa, if desired.
- 🌯 Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly like a burrito.
- ♨️ Grill the burrito for a few minutes on each side until golden brown and heated through. Serve immediately.
