Ingredients

  • 🌯 Large flour tortillas – 2
  • 🌶️ Chorizo – 4 oz, cooked and crumbled
  • 🍚 Cooked rice – 1 cup
  • 🖤 Black beans – 1/2 cup, cooked
  • 🧀 Shredded cheese – 1/2 cup (cheddar or Monterey Jack)
  • 🧅 Diced onion – 1/4 cup
  • 🥑 Avocado – sliced (optional)
  • 🍅 Salsa – to taste

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
  • 🥘 Warm the tortillas in the skillet or microwave until pliable.
  • 🍚 Layer rice, black beans, chorizo, cheese, and onion onto each tortilla.
  • 🥑 Add avocado slices and salsa, if desired.
  • 🌯 Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly like a burrito.
  • ♨️ Grill the burrito for a few minutes on each side until golden brown and heated through. Serve immediately.
