Ingredients
- 🌾 All-purpose flour (maida)
- 🫘 Moong dal (split yellow lentils)
- 🌶️ Hing (asafoetida)
- 🌿 Green chilies – finely chopped
- 🫚 Ginger – grated
- 🥭 Amchur (dry mango powder)
- 💧 Oil – for deep frying
- 🧂 Salt – to taste
Instructions
- 🫘 Soak moong dal, grind to a paste, and mix with hing, chilies, ginger, amchur, and salt.
- 🌾 Make a dough with all-purpose flour, water, and a pinch of salt.
- 🥟 Create small discs from the dough, stuff with the moong dal mixture, and seal.
- 🔥 Heat oil in a deep pan and gently fry the kachuris until golden brown and crispy.
- 🍽️ Serve hot with chutney or your favorite dipping sauce.
