Ingredients
- 6 oz Bittersweet Chocolate 🍫
- 6 tbsp Unsalted Butter 🧈
- 2 Large Eggs 🥚
- 2 Large Egg Yolks 🥚
- 1/4 cup Granulated Sugar 🍚
- 2 tbsp All-Purpose Flour 🌾
- Pinch of Salt 🧂
- Powdered Sugar (for dusting) 🌬️
- Vanilla Ice Cream (optional) 🍦
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Grease and flour four ramekins. 🥣
- Melt chocolate and butter in a heatproof bowl set over a saucepan of simmering water (or in the microwave). Stir until smooth. 🍫🧈
- In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, egg yolks, and sugar until pale and slightly thickened. 🥚🍚
- Gently fold the melted chocolate mixture into the egg mixture. 🍫🥚
- Add flour and salt and fold until just combined. 🌾🧂
- Divide the batter evenly among the prepared ramekins. 🥣
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are set but the center is still soft. ⏰
- Let cool for a minute or two, then invert onto plates. 🍽️
- Dust with powdered sugar and serve immediately with vanilla ice cream, if desired. 🌬️🍦
