Ingredients

  • 6 oz Bittersweet Chocolate 🍫
  • 6 tbsp Unsalted Butter 🧈
  • 2 Large Eggs 🥚
  • 2 Large Egg Yolks 🥚
  • 1/4 cup Granulated Sugar 🍚
  • 2 tbsp All-Purpose Flour 🌾
  • Pinch of Salt 🧂
  • Powdered Sugar (for dusting) 🌬️
  • Vanilla Ice Cream (optional) 🍦

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Grease and flour four ramekins. 🥣
  • Melt chocolate and butter in a heatproof bowl set over a saucepan of simmering water (or in the microwave). Stir until smooth. 🍫🧈
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, egg yolks, and sugar until pale and slightly thickened. 🥚🍚
  • Gently fold the melted chocolate mixture into the egg mixture. 🍫🥚
  • Add flour and salt and fold until just combined. 🌾🧂
  • Divide the batter evenly among the prepared ramekins. 🥣
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are set but the center is still soft. ⏰
  • Let cool for a minute or two, then invert onto plates. 🍽️
  • Dust with powdered sugar and serve immediately with vanilla ice cream, if desired. 🌬️🍦
