Ingredients
- 🍫 Dark chocolate – good quality
- 🥚 Eggs – separated
- 🍚 Sugar – granulated
- 🥛 Heavy cream – cold
- ☕ Coffee extract – optional
Instructions
- 🔥 Melt chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water.
- 🥚 Whisk egg yolks and sugar until pale and thick.
- ☁️ Whip cream to soft peaks in a separate bowl.
- 🍫 Gently fold melted chocolate, egg mixture, and whipped cream together.
- ❄️ Pour into a loaf pan and freeze for at least 4 hours until firm.
